Brief description of the company

Our buisness idea is to take advantage of today's healthiest raw materials in modern food production. We are developing a smart and innovative product that makes it easier to incorporate vegetables in our daily diet. The product are highly nutritious Our vision is to increase the intake of vegetables among chldren and youths, and our target group is families with young children, where eating habits represent a challenge. We have gotten down to an important community challenge, which is the lack of vegetables in the daily diet for children around the world. Our vegetable powder, made by spinach is perfect for colouring pancakes, waffles, mashed potatoes etc, to make food more fun for the children. Why not be creative with vegetables, instead of using confectioner's color?

Our vegetable powder is made by locally produced and ecological raw materials. The product is completly natural and clean.

Vegetable powder - Beetroot

The beetroot has an exeptional colour, which we can use in rhubarb compote and marzipan. First we wash and peel the vegetables, then we dehydrate it in a dehydrator on 42 degrees, in 8-12 ours. This maintains both colours and the nutrient content of the product.
